What you'll do

• Handle commercial litigation defense, including denied insurance coverage matters
• manage collections from intake through resolution
• draft and review documents for smaller corporate transactions
• support SBA loan workout matters
• conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• independently manage assignments and deadlines
• provide timely status updates and predictable turnaround.
