What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, mobility, transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and continence care
• prepare meals as needed
• maintain a safe and clean environment
• observe and report changes to the supervising nurse
• follow fall-prevention measures
• provide supervision and cueing when needed
• and perform light housekeeping. The listed case may require sensory accommodations, Hoyer lift use, intake and output monitoring, and meal preparation.
