Bilingual Human Resources Manager

What you'll do

• Advise leaders and employees on workplace matters and HR policies
• manage employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, and separations
• lead recruiting, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
• support performance management and development planning
• partner on succession, retention, and workforce planning
• communicate HR programs
• support compensation and benefits inquiries
• coordinate employment processes
• improve HR systems and processes
• maintain accurate HRIS records
• and analyze workforce data.
