Retail Front-End Leader

What you'll do

• Ensure store policies and customer satisfaction standards are met
• participate in front-end staffing, training, and scheduling
• coach associates
• oversee advertising setup and visual merchandising
• lead freight flow and merchandise processing
• support inventory control, loss prevention, cash handling, and store office functions
• participate in opening and closing procedures
• serve as floor leader when store managers are absent
• coordinate with senior management and HR on personnel matters.
