The Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver role is onsite in Dayton, Ohio, and surrounding areas. Compensation is $16.50–$17.50 per hour. Dungarvin provides person-centered support intended to help people live as independently as possible. The caregiver provides direct assistance, guidance, and encouragement to people with intellectual, developmental, physical, or other complex support needs. The work promotes comfort, safety, dignity, and personal growth through daily living assistance and household support.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance
• support individuals’ comfort, safety, and personal growth
• assist with moving, dressing, bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene
• perform housekeeping and laundry duties
• document care and follow support plans
• transport people served as required.
