First-Shift Member Services Representative

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests
• answer phones
• check members into the system
• sign up new members and provide tours
• update member accounts
• respond to questions and concerns and escalate as needed
• help maintain club cleanliness. The posting lists first-shift hours of 6 a.m.–2 p.m. and 9 p.m.–5 a.m.
