The Retail Keyholder role is onsite in Fort Mill, SC. Compensation is $10.00–$13.50 per hour. GameStop serves customers with video games, electronics, and gaming merchandise. This role supports store management by supervising store activities, delivering guest service, processing sales and returns, maintaining merchandise and store operations, and helping meet sales, profit, and shrink goals.

What you'll do

• Assist store management with store activities
• provide guest service and product recommendations
• process purchases and returns
• maintain clean, organized, and merchandised areas
• complete omnichannel orders
• support inventory control and loss prevention
• reconcile transactions and prepare deposits
• supervise and delegate to Sales Associates when management is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures.
