The Clinical Assistant – Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) role is onsite in Owosso, MI, with compensation up to $30 per hour. The role provides direct ABA services and supervised clinical experience after required fieldwork hours are completed. It helps candidates build clinical judgment and skills through client treatment support, assessments, data work, documentation, collaboration, and mentorship as they prepare for certification.

What you'll do

• Provide direct ABA services and support client treatment plans
• assist with assessments and data collection
• support data analysis and treatment programming
• gain exposure to behavior-plan development and implementation
• assist with documentation and treatment updates
• collaborate with BCBAs, technicians, families, and center leadership
• support technicians implementing clinical programs
• participate in supervision, mentorship, and clinical development.
