Registered Nurse, Reproductive Health

Job overview

The Registered Nurse role is onsite across Baltimore and Annapolis, MD, with two days in each city: Monday and Tuesday in Baltimore and Wednesday and Thursday in Annapolis. Compensation is $40–$45 per hour. Planned Parenthood of Maryland provides reproductive healthcare and patient education to support informed decisions. The role exists to deliver direct nursing care and coordinate clinical operations across health centers. It contributes to safe, respectful patient care through assessments, counseling, procedure and recovery support, medication administration, accurate records, and collaboration with clinicians and support staff.

What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care, medical histories, clinical counseling, vitals, and lab work
• support patient notification and follow-up
• prepare recovery rooms for surgical days
• administer medications per clinician or standing orders
• document in EPM and EHR systems
• support patient surveys and service recovery
• collaborate with providers, coworkers, volunteers, interns, and medical learners.

Why this role
