What you'll do

• Run food from the kitchen to guest tables
• confirm orders against tickets
• learn menu items, ingredients, and table positions
• assist servers with water refills, drink delivery, and guest needs
• communicate timing, special requests, and modifications to the kitchen
• keep service stations clean, organized, and stocked
• support bussers, servers, and bartenders during peak service.
