Production Management Intern

Job overview

The Production Management Intern role is onsite in Nipomo, CA, and requires at least 20 hours per week. Compensation is $17.90 per hour. The role contributes through team coordination, reporting, and process-improvement ideas.

What you'll do

• Assist a production manager with production lines and employees
• help enforce company policies and food and general safety programs
• monitor machinery and equipment for efficiency
• communicate process ideas to leadership
• support daily reporting to management and sales
• and help identify and resolve production problems while guiding and training team members.
