What you'll do

• Discuss menu items and allergies with members and guests
• suggest food and drink pairings and specials
• communicate allergy concerns to management and the executive chef
• enter orders into the POS
• serve correctly plated and coursed food
• assist runners and bussers
• complete checkout reports
• clean and stock service areas.
