The Pharmacy Site Director role is onsite in Okanogan, WA. Compensation is $163,500–$186,600 per year. The role oversees a health center pharmacy and supports Community Care Cooperative's mission to improve the health and wellness of people served through Federally Qualified Health Centers. As the pharmacy's Pharmacist in Charge, the director manages daily pharmacy operations and financial performance, supervises pharmacy staff, and works with health center leadership and the Community Pharmacy Cooperative. The role helps ensure compliant, patient-centered pharmacy services and supports the pharmacy program's goals.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily pharmacy, clinical, and business operations
• monitor PBM and third-party agreements
• supervise and coach pharmacists and technicians
• oversee outpatient pharmacy inventory purchasing and the 340B program
• develop policies and procedures in line with applicable regulations
• work with finance personnel on monthly accounting reports
• present pharmacy service-line reports
• collaborate with health center leadership to meet pharmacy needs
• participate in quality improvement and mandatory education.

Why this role

Requires an active Washington pharmacist license and a pharmacy bachelor's degree (RPh) or PharmD. Requires at least five years of retail or outpatient pharmacy experience as a supervisor or manager. Medicaid and FQHC experience are strongly preferred.
