Computer Operator — DLA Enterprise Service Delivery

What you'll do

• Assist with technical operation and testing of integrated computer-based systems in a supervised setting. Manage and prioritize assigned tickets. Communicate with peers and leadership. Transition between daily operations and project actions. Follow guidance and standard operating procedures from contract and government leadership. Operate hardware, software, and mass-storage components, and under supervision operate communications-computer systems and install, implement, maintain, and tune operating systems, disk and tape management systems, and operations automation software. Local travel is required
• the posting states at least 10% travel. Schedule is Monday–Friday day shift, with evenings and weekends possible to meet program and contract needs.
