What you'll do

• Greet patients and notify providers of arrivals
• prepare new-patient paperwork and help patients complete forms
• collect accurate demographic, insurance, and consent information
• collect copayments, coinsurance, and past-due balances
• explain financial requirements and refer complex insurance questions to the Site Billing Specialist
• complete insurance verification and benefits interpretation
• notify relevant parties of coverage issues.
