Crisis Clinician (Weekend Days) is an onsite role in Rolla, MO, scheduled Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Compensation is $29.22–$41.45 per hour. The role supports Compass Health Network’s Behavioral Health Crisis Center and its delivery of compassionate community care. The clinician assesses people experiencing behavioral health or substance use crises, guides service flow, and coordinates timely, person-centered care. The role also supports non-clinical staff and works with internal teams and community partners to help prevent unnecessary hospitalization or law-enforcement involvement.

What you'll do

• Lead assessments at the Behavioral Health Crisis Center
• complete clinical evaluations, intake documentation, and discharge planning
• oversee and support non-clinical staff during assigned shifts
• direct referrals and service flow
• coordinate with internal teams, law enforcement, EMS, and community partners
• maintain compliant records
• provide culturally responsive care
• offer virtual support to other sites as needed.
