The Child Care Worker — Discovery Club role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN, with hourly pay starting at $18. The schedule is Monday through Friday, either 7:15–9:15 a.m. or 1:30–5:30 p.m., with availability required on non-school days and during summer. The worker supervises groups of up to 15 students, implements planned educational and recreational activities, and builds supportive relationships with children and families. The role helps create an inclusive, respectful setting where students can develop social skills, responsibility, and problem-solving abilities.

What you'll do

• Implement educational and recreational activities planned by site supervisors and group leaders
• supervise and manage groups of up to 15 students
• provide behavior guidance
• build relationships with students and families
• model social skills and personal responsibility
• follow health, safety, and district procedures
• adapt activities to include children with special needs.
