What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, schedule, and train personal trainers
• assist with staff training and education
• track new-member fitness consultations and personal training sessions
• meet with the Club Manager about club requirements and operations
• prepare weekly and monthly profitability and goal reports for the District Fitness Manager
• complete required documentation
• monitor new-member follow-up
• maintain equipment and update the online tracking system for repairs
• respond appropriately to emergencies
• support personal trainers and other assigned duties.
