The Strip Mill Operator — 2nd Shift role is onsite in Cambridge, OH. Compensation is $18 per hour plus a $1 per hour shift premium for second and/or third shift. What you'll do

• Blend and process compounds through the mill and batch-off within specifications
• operate machinery safely and efficiently
• monitor production output and identify product or process issues
• cut and feed rubber stock onto the take-off belt
• complete the two-roll safety checklist
• assist with compound processing procedures
• communicate with staff.
