Claims Coordinator

This coordination helps jobs progress efficiently while maintaining customer communication and required service-level timelines.

What you'll do

• Enter claim data in the CRM from first notice of loss through job completion
• review compliance and job tasks
• update jobs and monitor cycle times and service-level agreements
• upload and label photos and documents
• follow up for missing information
• assist with estimates
• manage customer service issues and complaints
• maintain daily notes and escalate issues as needed.
