The Cook role is an onsite, full-time position in Feura Bush, NY, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour. Mazzone provides hospitality and foodservice, including business dining and catering. The cook prepares and serves food to established standards, helping deliver quality meals on schedule. The role also supports safe, orderly kitchen operations through food handling, equipment care, and coordination with coworkers and supervisors.

What you'll do

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and instructions
• portion and serve meals at the correct temperature and presentation
• taste prepared food
• follow ticket collection procedures and maintain service records
• clean the kitchen and store or discard excess food safely
• maintain refrigerators and storerooms
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• assist with production planning, records, reporting, ordering, and receiving
• report maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents
• attend safety meetings
• follow HACCP and company safety procedures.
