What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents and provide personalized tours
• guide prospects through applications and leasing
• respond to inquiries by phone, email, and digital channels
• support occupancy, conversion, and revenue goals
• assist with marketing, outreach, reputation management, and community events
• prepare lease documents and maintain records
• support move-ins and resident communication
