Client Experience Specialist

The specialist visits clients to deliver settlement checks, captures client stories for social media, supports digital reviews and referrals, and manages the branded vehicle and promotional inventory. The role helps turn the final stage of a legal matter into a positive client experience and strengthens the firm’s community presence.

What you'll do

• Drive the branded van to client residences or workplaces to deliver settlement checks throughout Massachusetts
• film client video testimonials and manage content for social platforms
• guide clients through leaving digital reviews
• build rapport and explain referral connections
• create social media stories and posts
• manage vehicle cleanliness, merchandise, gifts, snacks, and routine maintenance.
