What you'll do

• Lead daily maintenance operations and guide technicians
• troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• plan preventive and predictive maintenance
• support machinery installation and commissioning
• maintain CMMS records
• collaborate on reliability improvements and safety compliance
• train maintenance staff
• coordinate vendor and contractor work
• participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
