What you'll do

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and toileting
• document daily progress and shift information
• plan and prepare meals and shop for groceries as assigned
• transport members to outings and appointments if a driver
• build supportive relationships
• complete household cleaning and laundry
• administer medications as trained and authorized
• assist with admissions and discharges
• redirect behaviors using Prevention & Support techniques
• support routines and goals
• follow house schedules and DDD licensing standards
• attend meetings and training and maintain required certifications.
