Veterinary Resource Coordinator

What you'll do

• Coordinate live animal procurement, care, paperwork, scheduling, and course needs
• support VetRadar and EzyVet systems and train team members
• coordinate veterinary resource transporters
• create and maintain cadaver inventory systems
• assess and fulfill course specimen needs
• coordinate pickups and inventory scans
• forecast resource needs
• maintain shelter and rescue partnerships
• coordinate IACUC meetings and monitor compliance
• maintain USDA documentation
• monitor freezer temperatures
• develop and update departmental procedures for animal and cadaver processes.
