Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Business Development

The Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Business Development role is onsite in Deerfield Beach, FL, with compensation of $70,000–$300,000 per year. Rolling Suds provides exterior cleaning services for commercial properties, communities, and residential customers.

What you'll do

• Prospect commercial properties, targeting 40 visits per week
• identify decision makers and build relationships with property and facility managers and owners. Follow up with at least 90% of visited properties within one week, prepare a target of eight commercial estimates weekly, manage residential leads and close sales, record activity in the CRM, organize Lunch & Learns, attend networking events, develop referral partnerships, and coordinate sales-to-service transitions with operations.
