The role leads operations at Palmetto Park Apartments, a 179-unit affordable housing community serving families through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. The manager oversees daily operations, financial performance, compliance, leasing, staff, maintenance coordination, and resident engagement. The role supports the community’s operational and financial goals while maintaining a safe, well-managed living environment for residents.

What you'll do

• Lead daily community operations
• ensure compliance with LIHTC and Fair Housing requirements
• manage budgets, forecasts, receivables, collections, expenses, and variance reporting
• prepare financial, occupancy, compliance, and operational reports
• maintain occupancy and resident retention
• oversee leasing, marketing, waitlists, and resident selection
• supervise and develop site staff
• coordinate with maintenance
• manage resident concerns, vendors, contracts, and capital projects
• complete inspections, audits, and regulatory reporting.
