What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day property operations
• manage occupancy, leasing, and unit turns
• coordinate maintenance work orders
• review finances and operate within approved budgets
• monitor rent collection and expenses
• support capital improvement projects
• conduct resident satisfaction surveys and waitlist updates
• complete move-in certifications and annual recertifications
• maintain resident files and compliance documentation
• collaborate across departments.
