Medical Accounts Receivable Representative

The Medical Accounts Receivable Representative works onsite in Dallas, TX. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. The role supports a healthcare organization’s Revenue Cycle team. What you'll do

• Research problem accounts with insurance payors
• investigate claim discrepancies and correct billing or account errors
• follow up on missing information and unpaid claims
• resolve delinquent accounts
• research insurance guidelines and respond to balance inquiries
• contact insurance carriers and patients
• prepare payment plans when applicable
• document communications
• maintain account records
• review reports and obtain claim documentation with internal teams.
