Operations Manager — Night Shift, Sunday–Thursday

It supports reliable operations through workforce leadership, safety oversight, accurate records, route coordination, snow deployment, and posting confirmations.

What you'll do

• Hire, train, manage, motivate, and lead cleaning and posting technicians and supervisors in a union environment
• maintain labor relations and company policies
• ensure accurate timecards
• conduct reviews and provide coaching
• complete reports on cleaning, inspections, and time sheets
• ensure safety and security rules are followed
• coordinate weekly tasks and routes
• oversee snow deployment
• back up the Operations Manager when absent
• manage posting and complete confirmations as needed.
