The Family Physician role is onsite in Fitchburg, MA, with a stated salary of $200,000–$225,000 per year. The physician provides continuous primary care to a patient panel, assessing and treating patients, prescribing medications, coordinating referrals and care staff, and supporting health education and quality standards. The role works collaboratively with nurse practitioners and clinical psychologists to deliver patient care.

What you'll do

• Provide primary care to individuals and families
• conduct examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment
• prescribe medications and treatment regimens
• refer patients to specialists
• coordinate nursing and support staff
• document patient progress
• participate in on-call coverage
• support health promotion and education
• maintain quality, safety, and infection-control standards
• train clinical professionals or students as appropriate.
