What you'll do

• Coach and mentor swimmers of varying ages and skill levels
• assist with practices and athlete development
• help athletes improve technique, confidence, and goal achievement
• enforce pool rules and maintain awareness during practices and events
• communicate with swimmers, families, and fellow coaches
• prepare equipment
• and maintain a clean, organized pool environment.
