The designer develops apparel from concept through production approval, balancing trend research, creative direction, fabric and trim selection, fit and quality standards, and accurate product data. The role supports timely product launches through collaboration with merchandising and vendors.

What you'll do

• Research market trends, competitors, and sustainable sourcing
• develop men's and women's apparel concepts
• source fabrics, trims, and technologies
• support lab dips, fittings, and submissions
• create production-ready tech packs
• maintain accurate PLM, ERP, and shared-system data
• track development timelines and communicate risks or delays.
