Job overview
The Resident Care Coordinator works onsite in Roanoke, VA. Pay is $23–$25 per hour. The role supports resident care at The Park at Oak Grove, a TerraBella Senior Living community offering senior living and care services. The coordinator organizes care schedules and clinical records, supports medication administration processes, and assists with training care team members. When the Director of Health & Wellness is absent, the coordinator supervises and delivers resident care in accordance with community procedures and state regulations.
What you'll do
- Coordinate resident care needs and maintain schedules, logs, and clinical records
- retrieve signed physician orders and maintain order documentation
- review medication administration and provide support or training as needed
- assist with onboarding and precepting new team members
- report changes in residents’ conditions and document communications
- arrange appointments and transportation
- support emergency response and resident rights
- participate in weekend call rotation and the Manager on Duty Program.

Why this role
Registered Medication Aide license required. The role takes weekend call in rotation with other managers and participates in the Manager on Duty Program. Some medication cart audits may be conducted when a Support Nurse cannot complete them.
