What you'll do

• Prepare estimates for commercial painting projects
• review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• perform quantity takeoffs and develop labor, material, and equipment pricing
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• work with general contractors, owners, architects, and project teams
• attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed
• assist with value engineering and scope reviews
• coordinate project turnover
• maintain bid schedules and deadlines
• support business development and customer relationships.
