The role leads complex environmental assessment and remediation projects while driving business growth in Southern California. It provides strategic client leadership, technical oversight, regulatory coordination, and mentorship to support project quality and the firm’s regional growth.

What you'll do

• Develop Southern California business through client engagement, proposals, market analysis, and cross-selling
• lead environmental projects from inception through completion
• guide and mentor project teams
• support EKI’s professional presence
• contribute to recruiting and development
• ensure safety, billing, and collection goals
• travel occasionally, up to 20%.
