What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional customer projects
• serve as a primary customer contact
• communicate project status, schedules, requirements, risks, and open issues
• maintain schedules, milestones, action items, and deliverables
• coordinate ownership and priorities across teams
• monitor schedule, quality, material, capacity, and scope risks
• facilitate project meetings and document decisions
• track long-lead materials and engineering and production dependencies
• escalate issues and drive resolution
• provide leadership updates
• maintain project documentation
• support process improvement, opportunity pipeline accuracy, and order tracking for received purchase orders.
