Safety Ambassador

What you'll do

• Assess risks and hazards before and during events
• communicate with staff, organizers, and local law enforcement
• monitor crowd behavior and respond to disturbances, medical emergencies, and other incidents
• follow a zoned schedule with an assigned partner
• assist distressed attendees and direct them to medical or the Ranger outpost as appropriate
• recognize signs of overdose, dehydration, illness, or discomfort and escalate concerns
• maintain incident records
• follow assistance protocols
• learn venue layouts, services, and emergency procedures
• provide customer service to event fans.
