What you'll do

• Communicate with prospective and current residents
• maintain resident relations
• show model apartments and explain layouts, facilities, nearby services, and lease terms
• follow up with prospects
• complete lease agreements and collect rental deposits
• inspect models and arrange maintenance
• update available-unit listings
• assist with advertisements
• contact credit bureaus, prior landlords, and employment references
• substitute for the Assistant Manager when absent
• follow fair housing laws
• attend staff and management meetings
• update work-order agendas.
