What you'll do

• Deliver trauma-informed individual, family, and group therapy in English and Spanish
• conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop measurable treatment plans
• maintain documentation in compliance with applicable rules, Medicaid, HIPAA, and agency standards
• coordinate care with internal teams and external partners
• participate in clinical supervision and professional development
• conduct outreach and reminder calls
• provide in-person, telehealth, and community-based services.
