What you'll do

• Guide residents through daily routines and schedules
• teach life skills and socialization
• implement individualized treatment plans
• monitor progress
• provide crisis intervention
• supervise meal preparation and household responsibilities
• support hygiene and self-care
• transport residents when necessary
• provide on-site respite care for infants and young children as needed
• administer medications, breathalyzers, and urinalysis once trained
• complete documentation and report concerns.
