The attorney will handle complex securities and business disputes through litigation, contributing legal research, writing, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and case strategy while serving clients and collaborating with the practice team.

What you'll do

• Handle litigation matters involving securities class actions, derivative suits, merger litigation, shareholder disputes, fiduciary duties, corporate governance, and complex commercial disputes. Conduct legal research and writing, motion practice, discovery, and depositions
