Seasonal Multichannel Call Center Representative

What you'll do

• Answer inbound and outbound calls from members, physicians, and pharmacies
• resolve, document, route, and research inquiries
• educate members about pharmacy benefits
• work toward one-call resolution
• protect personal and health information in accordance with HIPAA.

Why this role

Nine-week onsite training and nesting period, including three weeks of required 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Mountain Time training; later shift hours are assigned. Hybrid/work-from-home rotation may be available based on performance.
