The Mid-Level Supervisor, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) role is onsite at the Fresno Center in Fresno, CA, with stated pay of $27–$30 per hour. Butterfly Effects provides family-centered ABA treatment for children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder. Reporting to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the supervisor partners with families and collaborates with BCBAs and Behavior Technicians to implement treatment plans and provide ABA services. The role supports family-prioritized goals across school, home, and community settings.

What you'll do

• Partner with families to implement treatment plans, training, and opportunities in school, home, and community settings
• coordinate ABA services with the BCBA
• collaborate with Behavior Technicians on supervised cases.
