What you'll do

• Assist with payroll, scheduling, tips, deposits, time clocks, onboarding, invoices, inventory, and communications
• support floor service
• resolve staff conflicts
• coach and hold staff accountable
• attend manager meetings
• address maintenance issues
• lead staff stand-ups and menu education
• check guest satisfaction
• support ordering, budgets, labor, and supply costs
• communicate shift updates.
