What you'll do

• assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
• provide coaching, performance management, and discipline
• oversee daily nursing care across units
• ensure care plans are implemented and updated
• monitor residents for changes in condition
• ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation
• address clinical issues including falls, wounds, and infections
• help manage staffing schedules and coverage.
