What you'll do

• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
• review general ledger activity
• reconcile bank, security deposit, balance sheet, and reserve accounts
• analyze results and communicate variances
• monitor cash balances and forecast needs
• prepare funding requests and transfers
• process and code invoices
• coordinate utility accounts and property onboarding
• support year-end audits.
