What you'll do

• Manage daily operations and enforce community policies
• supervise department leaders and personnel functions
• oversee financial transactions, budgets, payroll, purchasing, and records
• support sales, marketing, occupancy, and move-in and move-out processes
• build relationships with residents, families, associates, and community agencies
• maintain regulatory compliance, safety, sanitation, and infection-control practices
• participate in rotational on-call responsibilities and weekend Manager on Duty.
