Assistant Store Manager

When the Store Manager is absent, the assistant manager leads the entire store operation to help ensure company standards and best practices are met.

What you'll do

• Manage and supervise assigned store areas
• support store reporting, scheduling, payroll, and expense control
• assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing associates
• maintain safety, customer service, housekeeping, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards
• lead store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
